Vice President of Business Development - NACUBO Career HQ

Inceptia seeks a Vice President of Business Development, who will be an integral part of the executive management team as the company continues to grow and diversify. This position is responsible for developing, planning, directing, and executing activities to develop, increase and retain Inceptia?s client relationships and other partners.

The Vice President of Business Development will build and lead a world-class sales team. By capitalizing on the organizations unique strategy, this leader will utilize past sales experience in building and implementing large-scale and successful sales practices to work closely with marketing, product development and operations to develop and implement a workforce strategy and hiring plan, build onboarding tools that enable new team members to quickly adapt to - and contribute - to the organization.

The Vice President of Business Development will work closely with marketing, operations and other departments to ensure that the sales team has the most up-to-date information it needs to be successful. In addition, the leader will work with client relations to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.

This position is an Officer of the National Student Loan Program and serves at the pleasure of the President and CEO, as well as the Board of Directors.
