Job Description

l Execute and maintain the underwriting policy, processes and procedures.
l Ensuring a unified Credit Policy, to assist in the understanding and application of policies, procedures and standards of practice.
l Ensuring all Credit & Risk team comply with the company?s underwriting policy, processes & procedures.
l Preparing an update to the Credit Committee on all business related issues that request their recommendation and support for the Board of Director?s final approval.
l Liaison with Marketing & Sales in the execution and improvement of the company?s portfolio of loan products.
l Reporting and updating on the performance of the loan portfolio with the Collection Department.

Skills

?Ability to execute and maintain an automated credit decision systems e.g. credit scoring.
?Ability to assess and judge creditworthiness of individual applicants.
?Strong analytical skills using IT tools.
?Ability to train & develop subordinates and other staff.
?Ability to assess and recommend technical advancements to improve on efficiency.
