The lights are still off in lower Manhattan, but some downtown businesses are opening their doors and serving guests in whatever way they can. Also, many restaurants north of 34th Street are open, and tons of Brooklyn bars and restaurants are back in action. Here's an updated guide to what's open right now. Eater will continue to update this guide tomorrow, so do keep sending information to the tipline. A huge thanks to all the readers, chefs, and restaurateurs that sent in tips over since Sunday night.

Thursday, 7 p.m.:
Indie Food & Wine and Betto: These two Jason Denton restaurants are OPEN, OPEN, OPEN. 'inoteca, Corsino, and 'ino remain closed, but the team hopes to get a generator for 'ino tomorrow.
Le Rivage: This French gem on Restaurant Row is back in full effect. Open for dinner.
Gwynnett St.: Open, and celebrating its first anniversary tonight. Stop by and say hello to owner Carl McCoy and maitre d' Phil Johnson :

Jack Horse Tavern: A tipster writes in: "Jack the Horse Tavern in Brooklyn Heights is up and running its full menu."
Oceana, Molyvos, and Abboccato: The Livanos Group's restaurants have been back in action since last night. Open.
Barrio 47: Open with candlelight, and serving rib-eye and a half-roasted chicken made in a wood-fired oven. A vegetarian pasta is also available.
Tertulia: The paella train is about to leave the station. Better hop on board:

Haru: All four of this Sushi chain's uptown locations are open and serving limited menus.
Marea: At last, Marea is back and the world is a better place because of it:

Eat as much fusilli with octopus and bone marrow as you possibly can. Hard times call for drastic measures, but there is no judgement here.
Elmo: One of the employees of this Chelsea restaurant sends word that Elmo is open for "candlelit cocktails" this evening.
Rare Bar & Grill NYC: The Chelsea location is open, with $4 beers.
Nick & Toni's Cafe: Open for business as usual.
Northeast Kingdom: This Bushwick restaurant is open till 11 p.m.
The Cannibal: Proprietor Christian Pappanicholas tweets: "The neighborhood maybe shut down but we're open tonight! Come see us!"
Gran Electrica: From the official Twitter account: "Come celebrate El Dia de Los Muertos tonight! Open for dinner at 6, party starts at 9. DJs, banging drinks, mariachi, si!" Now, this place has a cool-looking dining room:
