State Department Facebook: DOS Spent $630,000 On 'Likes' For Social Media Pages, Report Indicates

Over the last two years, when according to the State Department, they did not have enough money to adequately secure embassies and consolates around the world (especially in Libya) evidently they found $630K to increase the number of "likes" on Facebook.?
