Based in the west Cornwall area, client is looking to recruit an exceptional customer service manager to lead its customer service team.
Key duties will include:
- Evaluating the running of retailer and consumer customer account management procedures and look for areas of improvement and efficiency; documenting these Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and creating a training pack for new recruits.
- Ensuring that the team receive regular update training and development and that these procedures adapt and reflect the rapidly growing nature of the business.
- Supporting individual members of the team to offer unparalleled levels of customer service.
- Developing a credit policy for retail customers and support the team in delivering it.
- Supporting the team when they incur problems delivering the basic accounting functions that they need to run customer accounts in sterling and other currencies.
- Managing the team on a daily and seasonal basis to ensure orders to retailers and consumers leave happy!
A background within Mail Order, Retail Management and/or Fulfilment would be a distinct advantage when applying for the role although sheer enthusiasm for providing exceptional levels of customer service will go a long way.?

Position: Permanent
Hours: 08.30-17.30
Salary: ?25-30k doe
Start date: May 2013
